It had been interesting to test the functionability of lycra tights in the mountains and to discover when is was an advantage and when not. But it took a few years before lycra tights became a true companion on my mountain trips, and this summer was the only time my Grifone tights joined me on a longer vacation. The next years I used them mainly at home and a few times when climbing. Heavy scratches on one knee made me cut that leg short, and they now may serve me today as a pair of halfway short tights.
