This afternoon I was planning to do a walk along the Mølleåen creek, and even though this would be a walk and not one of my usual training runs I saw no reason not to be good to my legs, and choose a route on mostly dirt roads so I would have a soft footing. Though I found out that the first part of the road would be on asphalt.
