I had only worn these tights during the weeklong hike in Central Sweden, where I had worn them on the part across the Fulufjället highlands. Obviously, when on a hike, I had worn my solid hiking boots as footwear. But this time, in October 2019, I would only be on a hike for a few hours and therefore saw no reasons to dig out my hiking boots.
