At first sight it could look like this speedsuit was homemade, as it is made from different types of fabrics sewn together. But I guess that the suit is made so with a purpose. Probably the shiny white sides of the body is made to reduce drag, and the partly transparent fabric at his back to improve ventilation, quite essential with such a highpowered body machine like Fitzgerald's.
