[3S] These Rainbow M.E. shorts sure served me as running shorts after the Makalu expedition and this rope-leader course. But I rather soon after bought a lot of other lycra shorts on eBay which I not only could use when running, but also as everyday wear. And these Rainbow M.E. shorts also did not get the chance to return to the mountains again.
