However, I didn't bother. I shouldered my heavy rucksack, full of all necessary supplies for five days, and started to walk out of Markaryd, with a thunderstorm at my heels. It was a long time ago since I had had the chance of making a longer hike all by myself, and I was really looking forward to some days in solitude.
