All through the long winter I had been looking forward to spring season, when I could make a proper lycra tour again, and I could wear some of that nice gear I had bought throughout the winter season. But finally, in Ascension days 2006, it was the time and I could leave on a five-day hike, with my rucksack full of lycra wear.
