I left Copenhagen shortly after noon, and after travelling by train, then the ferry across to Sweden, and finally two hours by bus, I got off the bus at the end station in Markaryd. The once full bus was now empty but three other passengers, and they soon disappeared when we arrived at the bus station, leaving me alone.
