Being a size X-Large, these Pearl Izumi tights may be a little big for me, but in this particular case, it was okay with me, that they didn't have the skintight feeling, I normally like so much, as this roomy size in itself add some extra insulation to these winter tights. Yet still these tights were well form-fitting and far from baggy.
