No matter whether I have a biceps/shoulder day, a chest/triceps day, a back or a legs day in the gym, I always finish off with my usual 130 crunches, and doing these might be the only chance of taking pics of the gear I am wearing in the gym. And I sure wanted to have some pics of my Olive shorts for David.
