Since the beginning of 2010 I most of the times had used the treadmill for warm-up before my gym exercises, to squeeze in some extra few kilometres in my running schedule. Running indoor is always a very sweaty work as the indoor temperature is higher than the outdoor one, and there is no cooling from wind.
