Isolations

On this day I had been doing the first half of my weight training, which primarily was for my lower body, supplied with biceps and triceps work while the big torso muscles was taken care of in the second session. So this day I was not becoming just as sweaty as when I did my treadmill session. And I could confirm that these more than 16 years old tights were good for even more years.
