Isolations

Although I had plenty of time to go to my gym and thus could do all my workouts on one or two days I therefore had decided to split my gym sessions on more days. I thus had split my weight training on two days while I a third day was spending half an hour on the standing bike, a fourth day on the treadmill and a fifth day doing a longer walk in the outdoors.
