It was no surprise to me to find that these shorts were excellent on leg day in the gym, and the tight and sturdy fabric make these shorts work like a pair of compression shorts, enhancing the work of my thighs and preventing soreness. Furthermore it is a nice and exciting feeling to have my quads straining inside the tight spandex fabric.
