Walking down the canyon and up again the same day also meant that I had very little to carry, just two water bottles, some snacks, rain gear and a fleece jacket. Not knowing what kind of tracks to expect I had packed my hiking boots as well, but so far the track was so easy that it was no problem just hiking in my Converse sneakers.
