V4m

By the mid-nineties I had cut back on the traditional running and had started orienteering instead, as I found it a perfect idea of combining mind and fitness, being out in the forest at the same time. At a orienteering race in spring 1997 I came across these V4m tights at a stand and found the zigzag pattern quite interesting. I have never understood what the meaning of the name V4m was, but I think the tights are Finnish. I have had some bad experiences with running tights, being too boring and rarely with the right shiny surface, but these V4m tights were quite okay, so I had to bring them to the mountain test the same summer.
