I had started with a short walk around my local park, but as my recovery after the 2021 surgery apparently took place much faster than after the 2019 surgery I soon could take the step and do a walk in the Hareskoven wood. From there I soon expanded in distance, and rather soon I could do distances of up to 4-5 kilometres, which also was the longest distance I had done after the 2019 surgery.
