I liked to wear my Superman compression shirt for a run. Not so much because of the potential of feeling a bit more 'super' - for this I had no reason to believe - but more because it was a size XL. So I could have enough air to breathe if I wanted to run faster. While the Compression fit made sure that it still would cling to my body.
