Pink'n'Purple

In the end of 2016 I had added the treadmill at the physio's to my programme as I had realised that it was pretty safe to run on it, because I always could grab the handrails if I should stumble on the running band. I think this was the reason why I here in 2017 definitively could have most runs below 10 min/km.
