9:57 am. Having packed it all, I was now ready to depart on the 18 km hike along the frontier to Norway, which was the schedule for this day. The rucksack was quite heavy, as it always is on the start of a hike, and with most of the trail using the small paths through the forest, I was sure that it would become a serious hike for my Grivel tights.
