Here on the eastern side of the highway the wood is more hilly as a small valley cuts diagonally through the wood. Which means that there is a steep descent into this valley and a just as steep ascent on the other side. And this has to be repeated on the return run. In spite of the blood clot I did not have much problems with the ascent, but the descents were a real challenge for me.
