The run in the Utterslev moorland had been quite a success, for I had not had problems with my knees efter that run. Furthermore I found it positive that I had been able to do this 5,3 km run with an average speed of 8 min/km, which was quite fast for the time being. Also I had noticed that not only was I able to overtake other pedestrians, but also doing so faster.
