Two hours train and bus ride later we got off the bus at Wildbad Kreuth south of Tegernsee and started ascending the steep flanks of Blauberg. We had to climb 1100m to the first summit of Halserspitz, then traversing the ridge for 4 km before descending to the valley where we had to catch the last bus at 5 pm.
