It was April 2005 when I used these Avia tights for the first time. I was out for a weekend hike to do some planning of my upcoming 2005 Himalayan expedition. Most of the time we were sitting round the open fireplace so actually there wasn't much hiking, but in the occasional breaks I could go for a swift walk to the nearby creek.
