These Avia capri length tights I won at an eBay auction in 2002. Seller was txdude2000, and it was given this description at the auction: Avia is the brand of this sexy Nylon and Lycra tight. It has a waist-lace and the logo at the bottom of the leg, which is kind of worn out. Size is Large. I am 32" waist and it fits perfect.
