After that trip to the Swiss Alps in 1995 I had since used these tights in most of my activities, sometimes with the matching top, sometimes not, although mostly in in-town activities, as they are not quite as tough as my previous Beal tights, and I didn't like to ruin another favorite pair of tights when climbing. But I used them a lot when running, at home and even going to town, and although I've been careful, they were as of 2001 rather worn at the crotch. But they are the way I like them, smooth, hugging and shiny, and I hoped there were still a few years left in these tights.
