I was think that this could become a new procedure, for in former years I had had a plan of doing some kind of hike in every month, just to keep fit, but my traveling abroad in the recent years had sometimes made it impossible for me to go hiking in every month. But if I was doing such hikes as this one regularly I cold ramp up my hiking again, and at the same time test new and old running areas again.
