The beach here was well sandy, but there was a force in the waves, which however small was clearly felt on my body. Especially because every beating of the waves made the sand shift under my feet, and with the weight of the waves coming in from the Caribic Gulf I shouldn't walk out too far. And was happy when I returned to the firm sand of the beach.
