So I was happy when I was lowered down, put in the ankle restraints instead and hoisted in upside/down suspension instead. Which can be hard with the blood flowing to the head, this way increasing the pressure there. But my hands were not tied, and keeping them below me I didn't experience any problems. Actually it was very comfortable, so I felt I could stay suspended for a long time this way.
