These Extreme shorts are made from 95% polyester and only 5% spandex, but even with this little spandex in the blend they felt extremely stretchy. So even though there was not much of a pouch to see at the front when laid down flat, this surely improved once I was wearing these shorts. Maybe the pouch was just enhanced by the metallic turquoise fabric.
