This was just what I needed to get back to running again after the years I had been out of running and the subsequent rehabilitation. But I had been thinking of the next step, which would be a longer route in Dyrehaven, the route I had been running as my last run before my knee surgeries, and which was another 45% longer than the route I mostly had been running after the surgeries.
