Since then I have stayed below 100 kgs, although I some times have been only a gnat's whiskers away from the 100 kgs. So although I love ice cream I only allow myself to have it a few times a year. And although these compression shirts are sold in sizes up to 2XL and maybe even larger I am happy that I can still fit into a size Medium!
