Doing the squats I had only been able to bend down to a maybe 80 degree angle, and my physio had been content with this and told me that I should not exaggerate this. But I knew that my legs should be able to do better than this, and in a wrestling match in May my knees had painfully collapsed under my weight! But this was actually good, as I now was able to bend down to an angle of maybe 100 degrees. |
