Although nice and warm, a cool breeze was continuously blowing from the Pacific. As my rich body hairs is a major part of my insulation, such wind normally doesn't matter much to me, but when wearing this tight Under Armour shirt, all my body hairs was pressed flat down onto my skin, thus taking away this insulating layer of air.
