Even though I now had had these Moc shirts for almost ten years, I had never really felt the good thing with them, except for the good hike I had done in Värmland six years earlier. For I could not go on such hike in Central Sweden every so often. But the recent years it had not felt particularly good to run in a standard short-sleeved shirt under my running jacket, so in May 2017 maybe it was better to do it the other way round, by wearing one of my Moc shirts under my running vest.
