This meeting takes place every year in October, and in 2008 the location of the Assembly was in Tehran, Iran. The Iranian people are known to be very well dressed, and I was probably the only one not wearing a tie at the gala dinner. But with the flashy white of my Under Armour Cold Gear shirt I didn't feel so much out of the picture.
