I had always been amazed about the way that Paul handles his water, for a place as dry as Australia, water is something you have to treat carefully and with respect. All runoffs from the roof of his house drain to large tanks for drinking water and that rain which don't sink right into the ground is collected in his bottom pond, which water will be pumped up for watering his garden.
