After having used the top in the gym several times, it came natural to use it for running as well. On a training run in October 2006 I had chosen to wear the top to my green Ron Hill Fire shorts, and this only added to the nostalgic feeling of this training run. This top was the first sleeveless lycra top I had bought, so it was about as old as the shorts.
