When rolling over I could bend a bit in my hips, taking some stretch from my thighs, but this lowered my shins a bit, this way pulling more on the rope, which in turn gave additional pull on my shoulders and my upper arms. So in total there was not much change, but I found that actually I also liked this 'predicament bondage', making it more a mental challenge.
