I had several times experienced that nylon/lycra suits tend to get overstretched with time, and I have an idea that those suits are not overstretched as a result of abuse but due to normal wear, maybe also under the influence of UV rays. So far I have only experienced this overstretching with Nike suits, but now I found that in this SSA suit it was the same!
