But I managed to complete this 10 km race in Townsville so after all I also got something out of my Townsville visit. When I was running down Strand on my home stretch I was overtaken by many of the marathon participants, they now on the way to finish their ordeal. But I was never overtaken by Paul so I didn't meet him before some time after I had crossed the finish line.
