As always when running, the sweat had started building up on my back, then developing a separate sweaty patch around my crotch, growing until these two patches connect through a line round my ass. Then sweat starts to seep down my chest and down my inside legs before finally wrapping to the sides, slowly making all my lycra gear and most of my body wet with sweat.
