This hold is a position I knew about, as I had been put in the same position when in 2014 I had wrestled squeezerian in Australia. It is called a surfboard, and if I had had better control over my legs I would have put my right leg between Nikos' shoulder blades and not on his lower back. Later Nikos told me that if I had pulled his arms right up it would have been even more stressful for his body!
