It is the strangest places you come across lycra wear, even in the farthest place of the planet. In December 2003 I was climbing Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, and while camping near Lava Tower one of the other groups had this guy in their staff. Yep, he was wearing long lycra tights too, and I feel pretty sure that these tights were given to this staff member by some other trip member. So I wasn't the only one wearing lycra on Kilimanjaro that day.
