I have always been fascinated by athletics, it being a kind of 'clean' sport where the only tool is the body, showing how strong it is and how you can work it. And hurdles is no exception, as you need to have a certain degree of flexibility to get over those hurdles, yet still have to be strong enough to keep the speed between the obstacles.
