Thursday was the last day on the stadium, and again Ben had two disciplines to compete in: the long jump in the morning and high jump in the afternoon. I was unable to follow the long jump competition, as I was participating in the 10.000 metres track race at the same time, but again Ben performed okay, winning another bronze medal with a jump of 4,07 metres.
