The seller also described these shorts to be a size 29-30, and with lycra there is no problem for me to wear this size. Yet even though the blend was not given in the description I knew that lycra has plenty of 'give'. But this plastic coating had the result that the fabric was not stretchy at all, and thus these shorts appeared too small for me.
