In the ultra short description of these shorts they should be a size Medium, but actually they are a size Large. And therefore they really can't be compression fit, even though Under Armour can make some nice size Large compression shorts. But it is correct that they are (mainly) blue and that they are knee length, almost as long as were they capri length.
