I then always do two machines, one with my cotton clothes which I afterwards put in the drying tumbler and one with my lycra wear, which is washed at a lower temperature. And my lycra and spandex clothes are always hung up to dry, as this is more gentle for the spandex fabric. I want my spandex to be useful for many years.
