And not just for running, I also wore them several times in my gym. In July 2016 I had a friend from Spain visiting me, and with him I went for a challenge. At his home he regularly was spending an hour or more in his kayak at the sea, and since I sometimes also spent some time in the rowing machines in the gym I suggested that we could have a challenge, finding out who would be the fastest rowing 10 kms. And well, I won!
